Britannia Cooker Hoods Information

Several Britannia Cooker Hoods feature Advanced Sensor Control System (ASC) which detects steam, vapour, smoke and odours generated by the cooking process and automatically switches itself on if necessary. For added safety, the ASC also detects abnormal levels of gas and can be operated manually if preffered.

If you intend to use your hood over a Britannia cooker with a barbeque, chef top or if you intend to use a griddle, then you must duct out. We strongly recommend that any Britannia cooker with a barbeque is always sited on an outside wall of the kitchen so as to minimise the ducting run and maximise hood performance. Hood model K274L is specifically designed for use over the Britannia 90cm cooker with barbeque.
