Ribbed Steak Griddle - Cast iron steak griddle simply sits on top of a standard pan support. This ribbed griddle is perfect for steaks, searing meats and sealing in flavours and juices. All foods that are normallly grilled may be cooked on the griddle. Suitable for all dual fuel cookers. Please note: not suitable for use on electric ceramic hotplates.
